Laroche Grizzly Bear Booster. Specially designed for the bigger child, the Grizzly Bear is for children who weigh between 40 to 100 pounds and have outgrown their toddler car seats. The Grizzly Bear Booster allows you to position the lap and shoulder belts of your car safely and correctly around your child. The embedded head support provides whiplash protection. A soft foam shell over a hard foam core which is the same foam used in safety helmets to absorb the imapct to the child's body. Side wings are both soft and large keeping the child upright, awake or asleep; the wings ensure safety belt remains in the correct position. An adjustable shoulder belt positioner keeps belt across the shoulders and not the face and neck. Lap belt positioner guides belt across the child's hips. The Grizzly Bear has no hard edges to damage a car's upholstery. Fabric covering is 100% Scotch Guard automotive grade polyester. Measures inside seat is 14" side to side and 12" deep, outside seat is 18" wide by 14" deep and the inside back is 13" wide by 25 1/2" tall, outside is 16" wide by 29" tall.
