In order to use the Ultra CarGo youth booster car seat without its harness the child must be able to sit upright unassisted. The youth booster car seat's padding is removable and machine washable, hang dry. The metal and plastic parts may be cleaned with mild soap and water and wiped dry with a cloth or towel.
